TURNAROUND TIME

• Turnaround Time: Outside of graduation season, our typical turnaround time ranges from 3 weeks to 1 month. However, during the peak months of March through June, please anticipate longer processing times. To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise ordering early.

• Ordering Deadline: If you're within 2 weeks of your graduation date, we recommend refraining from placing an order, as we prioritize fulfilling orders in the sequence they are received.

• Draft Confirmation: Once you've placed your order, expect to receive a draft of your personalized design within approximately 1 week via email or Text, excluding weekends. Your feedback on the draft will ensure that your stole reflects your vision accurately.

• (Draft is to make sure the spelling is correct not to switch any images). 
  If the draft has not been reviewed within 24 hours, subject to delay turnaround time. If the draft is not reviewed within 36 hours, Blinged has the right to either cancel or go ahead and create the order as the initial draft that was sent.
  

• Once the draft is accepted, no further revisions can be made. The stole will be made exactly as the draft is presented and accepted. Blinged is not responsible for any typos or errors after the final draft is accepted. 

• Rush Orders: If you require expedited service, please contact us via email before placing your order to discuss rush options. Please note that a rush fee will apply for expedited processing.
