We are not responsible for items once we provide you a Tracking number which means we have release it to the shipping carrier! Feel free to message us and we will be gladly to help provide a solution. 

 

 *Note: If you placed an order for a non custom item and a custom order together, all items will ship once the custom item is ready. Unless the non-custom item is placed separately, this mean you will get the order within 2 weeks.  Custom orders are not eligible for express shipping.
